Selection Review Points
Before formal RFQ, confirm whether the purchase involves military, nuclear, missile, chemical or biological weapons, explosives, detonators, sanctioned activity or unauthorized re-export. RFQs without final-use clarity require additional information first.
Pre-RFQ Checklist
- Destination country and receiving region
- Final end user name and industry
- Final end use and equipment type
- Product model, quantity and key specification
- Any re-export or intermediary trade

Purchasing and engineering teams should submit technical parameters and compliance information in the same RFQ package to avoid repeated review.
Quality and Export Compliance
If destination or end use changes, compliance review should be repeated. Unconfirmed re-export or end-use change should not proceed.
